When it comes to quality, FSG makes no compromises – no matter when or where our devices are used worldwide. Maximum reliability and uninterrupted operational readiness are our top priorities. We develop and manufacture all our products for a long sensor lifespan under all conditions. Every production unit undergoes rigorous 100% testing in our in-house laboratories and test benches. This ensures we maintain complete control over the quality process. All our new developments undergo comprehensive type testing and are certified by external institutes.
Do you need specific certifications and certificates, including regional ones, for your application or location? We provide them! Because only a fully tested and globally usable product is a good product.

Our measurement and sensor technology boasts a vertical integration of 90%, because we believe: "If you want to do it well, you have to do it yourself." That's why we handle virtually all manufacturing steps with our own resources and specialists. This is unique in German industry: While others talk about vertical integration and supply chains, we have always covered the majority of our value creation process in-house, day in and day out. This gives us complete control over all technologies and manufacturing steps, allowing us to define every product characteristic down to the last detail for your specific application – quality over quantity, because our customers are our partners!

Our extreme focus on in-house product manufacturing leaves nothing to chance, creating unparalleled flexibility for our customers. This begins with our own toolmaking, continues through electroplating and EDM machines, and culminates in our EMC testing facility and wind tunnel for final inspection. And that only covers approximately 20% of our 90% vertical integration.
