Your tasks
Creation and handover of manufacturing documents to production and warehouse
Coordination and execution of material procurement
Active deadline monitoring
Close collaboration with the specialist departments Assembly / Warehouse / Shipping
Planning and control of work processes in work preparation
Optimization of processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensuring the timely provision of work documents and materials
Analysis of key performance indicators and derivation of measures for continuous improvement
Participation in the implementation of new technologies and methods
Planning and coordination of production processes
Support of manufacturing processes and management of documents in the ERP system
Processing of bills of materials and recording and processing of production orders.
Checking incoming goods and booking
Continuous improvement of workflows to increase efficiency
Monitoring compliance with quality standards
That's what we expect
A completed technical apprenticeship or a degree in economics is advantageous.
Several years of professional experience in work preparation
Sound knowledge of production planning and control
Strong team orientation and initial leadership experience
Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented work style.
Good communication skills
Proficient use of common software, especially ERP systems and MS Office.
Process optimization: critically examining existing processes
Team leadership: You possess the necessary confidence and ability to lead a team.
