Your tasks

  • Creation and handover of manufacturing documents to production and warehouse

  • Coordination and execution of material procurement

  • Active deadline monitoring

  • Close collaboration with the specialist departments Assembly / Warehouse / Shipping

  • Planning and control of work processes in work preparation

  • Optimization of processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

  • Ensuring the timely provision of work documents and materials

  • Analysis of key performance indicators and derivation of measures for continuous improvement

  • Participation in the implementation of new technologies and methods

  • Planning and coordination of production processes

  • Support of manufacturing processes and management of documents in the ERP system

  • Processing of bills of materials and recording and processing of production orders.

  • Checking incoming goods and booking

  • Continuous improvement of workflows to increase efficiency

  • Monitoring compliance with quality standards

That's what we expect

  • A completed technical apprenticeship or a degree in economics is advantageous.

  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation

  • Sound knowledge of production planning and control

  • Strong team orientation and initial leadership experience

  • Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented work style.

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficient use of common software, especially ERP systems and MS Office.

  • Process optimization: critically examining existing processes

  • Team leadership: You possess the necessary confidence and ability to lead a team.
