Your tasks
Acceptance, analysis and resolution of incoming fault reports
Installation, replacement and maintenance of hardware and software environments according to specifications (client, server and network areas)
Participation in the planning and implementation of infrastructure expansions

Completed vocational training or completed studies in the IT field, or comparable knowledge

Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows 7, 10, Windows Server) as well as knowledge of virtualized environments (Microsoft Hyper-V)
