Your tasks
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung
Planung, Organisation, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe inklusive Monitoring zur Sicherstellung von Effizienz und Qualität
Kontrolle von Kosten, Terminen und relevanten KPIs
Kontinuierliche Prozess- und Produktoptimierung zur Steigerung der Produktivität
Einarbeitung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
Sicherstellung von Termintreue, Arbeitssicherheit und nachhaltigen Produktionsprozessen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen der Produktion, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung
Erstellung von Reports und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
That's what we expect
Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik o. ä.), alternativ eine Meister-/Technikerausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung sowie in der Montage oder Produktion
Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Produktionsmethoden, insbesondere Lean Management, Shopfloor-Management und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
Organisationsstärke sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise ERP-Systemen
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
