Your tasks

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the department

  • Planning, organization, control and monitoring of production processes, including monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality

  • Control of costs, deadlines and relevant KPIs

  • Continuous process and product optimization to increase productivity

  • Employee training, support and development

  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines, occupational safety and sustainable production processes

  • Close collaboration with the production, logistics and quality assurance departments

  • Preparation of reports and regular reporting to management

That's what we expect

  • Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.), alternatively a master craftsman/technician qualification with sound professional experience.

  • Demonstrable experience in management as well as in assembly or production

  • Confident handling of modern production methods, especially Lean Management, Shopfloor Management and Quality Management Systems

  • Strong organizational skills as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented work style.

  • Proactive personality with a hands-on mentality

  • A high degree of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally ERP systems.

  • Good written and spoken English skills are desirable.
