Your tasks
Independent monitoring, organization, coordination and acceptance of planning and construction services
Direct and project-related management and coordination of the company's own projects
Collaboration with external companies and service providers, including scheduling their appointments
Coordination, review, documentation and tracking of planned qualities and deadlines
Invoice processing, cost updates, analysis and support for cost controlling
Creation of presentations, reports, analyses and decision-making templates
That's what we expect
Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering.
Solid project management, planning knowledge, risk and contract management
Experienced in working with property developers, offices and authorities.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Good MS Office skills, very good knowledge of graphic design software
Several years of professional experience are desirable.
A high degree of diligence, organizational talent, reliability, commitment and creativity
