Your tasks
Processing requirement reports
Obtain quotes, compare them, and place orders.
Obtain order confirmations, send reminders if necessary, check and enter them into the system.
Monitor delivery dates and send reminders if necessary.
Check invoices and approve them for accounting.
Creation and handover of manufacturing documents to production and warehouse
Coordination and execution of material procurement
Active deadline monitoring
Close collaboration with the specialist departments Assembly / Warehouse / Shipping
Planning and control of work processes in work preparation
Ensuring the timely provision of work documents and materials
Planning and coordination of production processes
Support of manufacturing processes and management of documents in the ERP system
Processing of parts lists and recording and processing of production orders
Monitoring compliance with quality standards

Completed technical training or relevant professional experience
ERP knowledge is an advantage
Experience with MS Office
Independent, analytical and structured in his work style, with strong communication skills
Knowledge of production planning and control
Proficient use of common software, especially ERP systems and MS Office.
