Your tasks
Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Materialversorgung sowie Produktionsplanung
Planung, Disposition und Überwachung von Materialbedarfen, Fertigungsaufträgen und Lieferterminen
Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und Stammdaten im ERP-System
Operative Beschaffung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen einschließlich Angebotsvergleich, Bestellabwicklung und Terminverfolgung
Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Logistik, Lieferanten und weiteren Schnittstellen zur Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe
Überwachung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie frühzeitige Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Terminabweichungen
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Unterstützung bei Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Beschaffungs-, Planungs- und Fertigungsprozesse
Pflege der Lieferantenbeziehungen und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachabteilungen wie Produktion, Technik und Qualität sowie Mitwirkung in Einkaufs- und Entwicklungsprojekten

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Einkauf
Technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
