The MH64-II-CAN-GS60 series multiturn Rotary Encoder features a redundant Hall sensor for angle detection of up to 64 revolutions. Signal output is via a CAN bus interface using the CANopen or CANopen safety protocol. This makes the sensor suitable for safety-related applications of category PLd.
