FSG, a leading system provider in the construction machinery sector, will be exhibiting at iVT Expo 2023 in Cologne (June 28 and 29). The sensor experts will be presenting their current portfolio of joysticks, foot pedal encoders, Draw Wire Sensors, Inclination Sensors, and Rotary Encoders.

Joysticks have long been established as the standard control device in construction machinery. Equipped with function keys, they combine a multitude of functions, thus improving ergonomics in the cockpit and reducing operator fatigue. In many cases, they have even replaced the traditional steering wheel. A hallmark of FSG is the almost limitless range of options for customizing a joystick to individual requirements. Thanks to its high level of vertical integration, FSG is able to implement specific customer requests, even for small production runs, within a short timeframe.

Solutions for individual customer requirements

FSG foot pedal encoders are also available in a wide variety of designs. As accelerator, single-action, and rocker pedals, they are used in a wide range of industries, from construction machinery and special vehicles for logistics and transport to many other applications. FSG foot pedals are characterized by their extremely robust and, above all, flat design. They transmit signals analog or digitally via wear-free magnetic measuring systems, which are redundantly designed for safety-critical applications.

FSG is also showcasing its proven product families of cable-operated and Inclination Sensors, as well as a selection of Rotary Encoders relevant for use in construction machinery. Of particular note are the programmable miniature Rotary Encoder MH605-II-MU and the further developed analog version of the MH609-P. Thanks to their even more compact design, these encoders offer even greater versatility.
