The cost-effective PE-MEMS-x/yi/GS60L series 2-axis Inclination Sensor from FSG can simultaneously measure the tilt angles of the x and y axes and is suitable for a measuring range of up to ±60°. The measured value for each tilt axis is output via a 4-20mA interface. Thanks to its wear-free microelectromechanical measuring system, robust IP67-rated plastic housing, and simple connection via a 4-pin M12 connector, the Inclination Sensor is ideal for use in mobile machinery. Typical applications include tilt detection of vehicle platforms or angular position measurement on boom arms of construction equipment. With a resolution of 3000 digits/16mA and an absolute accuracy of ±0.25°, the Inclination Sensor is also suitable for many other applications. The permissible temperature range is -30°C to 70°C. For mounting the device, the 50x50 mm sensor housing with a mounting height of 35 mm (including the central M12 connection) has four M4 screw holes.
