All-in-one Draw Wire Sensor
SL-A
Compact linear encoders with integrated sensor technology for precise length and inclination measurement.
The SL-A series combines linear encoders, signal scanning, and – in the digital versions – inclination sensors in a robust plastic housing.
Thanks to magnetic, non-contact scanning, the system offers consistently high measurement accuracy and reliability – ideal for applications in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in mobile machinery.
Available in 2 m, 4 m, and 8 m measuring lengths and in two versions:
SL-A-S (Standard) for cost-effective series applications and SL-A-P (Precision) for the highest accuracy requirements.
Digital versions with CANopen or J1939 interfaces optionally enable integrated inclination measurement and redundant signal processing.
With its robust design and well-designed range of accessories, the SL-A series offers a versatile and economical solution for modern automation and positioning tasks.

steering joystick
LPR-3020
Application: Precise steering control and proportional motion control in modern construction machinery.
Special features: The LPR-3020 combines motor, gearbox, sensors, and controller in a single compact unit. Its brushless drive enables direct, sensitive steering response with high return-to-center precision.
Function: The integrated spring and damping mechanism provides a natural steering feel. Switches, buttons, or rocker switches can be individually configured via the modular handle head. A motorized free-swinging function of up to 180° is available as an option.
Applications: Joystick steering systems in vehicles, cranes, excavators, forklifts, and special-purpose machines where maximum steering precision and reliability are required.

Slip ring transmitter
SR-GS190
This modular slip ring is ideal for mobile machinery and construction equipment. It reliably transmits power (up to 80 A), high voltage (up to 800 V including HVIL), signals, and data (CAN, Ethernet) and can be flexibly adapted to various requirements.
Thanks to its robust design (IP65), it is built for use in harsh environments. It can also be equipped with sensors such as Inclination Sensors or Rotary Encoders – for a compact, integrated solution.

Slip ring transmitter
SR-GS150-H8
The slip ring was specifically designed for applications where space is limited and loads are high – such as in construction machinery and mobile equipment. With a height of only 8 mm and a robust housing made of aluminum and plastic, it is ideally suited for harsh operating conditions.
Despite its compact design, the system enables the reliable transmission of power (up to 5 A continuous, 8 A short-term) and signals via a total of 18 channels – 8 for power and 10 for data.

Draw Wire Sensor
SL00-R
Series Expansion for Measuring Lengths up to 7 Meters
With the new SL00-R-GS130, FSG expands its successful SL00-R series with a variant offering a 7-meter measuring length. Building on the proven concept of the SL00-R-GS80, the new version offers the same robust design and compact dimensions as the series, complemented by an optimized cable mechanism and an adapted return spring. This makes the SL00-R-GS130 particularly suitable for applications requiring a larger measuring range while maintaining a compact design – for example, in mobile cranes, lifting systems, or industrial control systems.

Articulated angle Rotary Encoder
MH-CAN-II-G86
The MH-CAN-II-G86 precisely measures joint angles in mobile machinery and reliably transmits the measurement data via the CAN bus according to SAE J1939. With an accuracy of 0.05°, high temperature stability, and magnetic interference immunity, it offers reliable performance even under harsh operating conditions.
Its compact, robust housing (IP67/IP69K) is ideally suited for joints on excavator arms, lifting systems, and other moving assemblies.

Industrial joystick
ST-MHT-GS85
The FSG ST-MHT-GS85 is a robust, durable, next-generation joystick with a modular design and a 15 million cycle lifespan. It is compatible with all FSG grips, exhibits low wear, and offers excellent value for money. Ideal for industrial applications with high demands on precision and durability.
