Articulated angle Rotary Encoder

MH-CAN-II-G86
The MH-CAN-II-G86 precisely measures joint angles in mobile machinery and reliably transmits the measurement data via the CAN bus according to SAE J1939. With an accuracy of 0.05°, high temperature stability, and magnetic interference immunity, it offers reliable performance even under harsh operating conditions.
Its compact, robust housing (IP67/IP69K) is ideally suited for joints on excavator arms, lifting systems, and other moving assemblies.
Rotary Encoder

MH1023
Application: Precise measurement of angular positions and rotary movements in mobile and industrial applications.
Features: The MH1023 combines high resolution and robustness in a compact aluminum or stainless steel housing. Contactless magnetic data acquisition ensures a long service life and high vibration resistance.
Function: The Rotary Encoder is available in single-turn or multi-turn versions and offers a choice of analog or digital interfaces (4–20 mA, 0–10 V, CANopen, SSI). A redundant version is available as an option.
Applications: Control and positioning systems in construction and agricultural machinery, offshore installations, cranes, and industrial automation processes.
Rotary Encoder

MH609
Application: Angle measurement in compact assemblies and safety-critical control systems.
Features: The MH609 is a miniature Rotary Encoder with redundant Hall effect sensors for non-contact angle measurement. Despite its small size, it offers two independent signal paths for maximum operational reliability.
Function: Delivers absolute measurements up to 360° with analog or digital output (4–20 mA / CANopen). Thanks to its robust aluminum housing with IP65 protection, the sensor is ideal for harsh environments.
Applications: Joysticks, hand levers, valve controls, and position measurements in mobile machinery and vehicles.
Rotary Encoder

MH620
Application: Precise angle measurement in mobile machinery and industrial systems with high reliability requirements.
Special features: The MH620 uses magnetic, wear-free data acquisition and is optionally available in a redundant version.
Function: Signal output is analog (4–20 mA / 0–10 V) or digital (CANopen). A variant with a rear scale and pointer (Z version) also provides a visual angle display.
Applications: Swivel arms, telescopic mechanisms, lifting and control systems where precise angle measurement is crucial.
Rotary Encoder

MH613
Application: Precise angle measurement in mobile machinery, control and steering systems, and hydraulic systems.
Special features: The MH613 combines a robust aluminum housing with state-of-the-art magnetic Hall sensor technology for absolutely wear-free angle measurement. Its high resolution and linearity ensure stable readings even under strong vibrations and temperature fluctuations.
Function: The sensor detects rotational movements across the full 360° range and provides signals either analog (4–20 mA / 0–10 V) or digital (CANopen / SSI). A redundant version with two separate signal paths is available as an option.
Applications: Position detection in hydraulic systems, joystick controls, crane and lifting applications, and mobile machinery where reliability and robustness are crucial.
Inclination Sensors

PE-MH1023-II-MU-i-IECEx
Application: Inclination measurement in safety-critical and potentially explosive environments, e.g., offshore installations, drilling platforms, or mobile machinery.
Features: Oil-damped pendulum system with high long-term stability and precise Hall-effect sensors. The sensor is IECEx certified and meets SIL2 requirements for use in safety-related control systems.
Function: Absolutely detects inclinations up to 360° and outputs the measured values as a 4–20 mA signal. The measurement is vibration- and shock-resistant, and the sensor is temperature-compensated.
Applications: Plant and shipbuilding, cranes, offshore control systems, explosion-proof machine rooms, and industrial safety applications.
Inclination Sensors
